My work does not start with an injection.
I have worked in the beauty industry for years, about ten of them as a permanent makeup trainer. Today I combine work as an aesthetic medicine nurse, training professionals and running a business. This experience helps me look at a person's wishes more broadly than through a single treatment.
Earlier experience in the beauty industry
My work in the beauty world began long before I qualified as a nurse. I worked for years in permanent makeup, about ten of them as a trainer. It taught me a great deal about facial proportions, precision and how important it is to understand a person's expectations before starting work.
Nursing education and clinical thinking
I completed my nursing education at Tallinn Health Care College. My thesis dealt with complications of aesthetic non-surgical procedures and nursing interventions. Today, when choosing treatments, I start from the person's anatomy, suitability and realistic expectations.
Clinical work
I am a registered nurse (RN) and an aesthetic medicine nurse. I work at the Monmediq clinic in Tallinn, where I advise patients and perform aesthetic medicine treatments.
Continuous learning
I attend many congresses and have completed many trainings. Aesthetic medicine develops quickly, and in my view you have to keep learning in this field. It is part of the work, not an extra.

Training
I have trained professionals in both permanent makeup and aesthetic medicine. When training, I think it is important that people understand not only the technique but also why and when to do something. I am an official trainer for AQ Prodefine fillers.
Business
I founded Aesthelis, which imports, distributes and sells professional skincare, medical skincare and aesthetic medicine products. Aesthelis is the official distributor of AQ Prodefine fillers in the Baltics.
