Eret Tammaesthetic medicine nurse ET

Consultation before treatment.

I perform aesthetic medicine treatments at the Monmediq clinic in Tallinn. We always start with a conversation and an assessment: only then do we decide whether a treatment makes sense for you.

Appointments are booked through the Monmediq clinic.

A good consultation sometimes ends with no treatment being done.

How a consultation works

  1. I listen. We talk about what bothers you and what you hope for.
  2. I ask and examine. I ask about your health, medication and previous treatments, and assess your face and skin.
  3. I explain the options. What suits your concern, what does not, and what a treatment cannot change. Sometimes the answer is skincare or a specialist in another field.
  4. The decision does not have to be made right away. You can take time to think and come back when you are ready.

Treatments

  • Botulinum toxin
  • Dermal fillers
  • Skin quality treatments

We discuss suitability and options at the consultation.

When I do not recommend a treatment

If a treatment will not solve your concern, if expectations are not realistic, or if your health does not allow it, I will tell you directly. If needed, I will refer you to another specialist.

Realistic expectations

The result depends on your face, your skin and what you want. Before a treatment I explain what is reasonable to expect.
